ï‚· There is no proposal in the plan to improve the roads through Hockley, which are already congested, and will be gridlocked following core strategy allocation of housing development in Rochford and Hawkwell plus the number of passengers and workers that will use Hockley as a through route to the expanded airport to avoid the A127 (note - passengers through Hockley have also not been considered by airport senior management)
