A high quality business park with good access directly to the A127 is essential to the future development of the Southend & Rochford. Purdy's & Temple Farm & others further east are simply not good enough to support our anticipated business development needs. It appears that the only realistic way of achieving this is through the economic driver of the proposed airport development with runway extension but our support is conditional upon every environmental care being thoroughly exercised.
