The statement regarding the restitution of contaminated land is welcomed.
The statement made regarding the loss of existing trees and woodland also means a loss of habitat leading to other fauna and flora species loss. I would like to see that wording extended to cover this aspect. Replacement should also consider other fauna and flora as part of that replacement requirement.
