I think it would be a great idea to make the square traffic free and encourage bistro's,wine bar's etc so that families
etc could take the square back from being a hangout for local youth's. Go down Leigh Broadway and see how it works there. We have the history and buildings to make Rochford a very pleasant place to go of a evening. I am very much in favour of this scheme.
