Rochford Town Centre Area Action Plan - Issues and Options

A town trail marked - the old cannon - don't notice, names of old trades, fire insurance plaque, dates ( cottages)-locals and visitors would enjoy?
Rochford needs to present with flourish - seems self-effacing( Rayleigh isn't!)
Basildon has a museum-Rochford doesn't ( Don't rate old house -not open or used for activities)
We researched a simple History of Rochford and have an idea of child friendly guide ( teacher retired) if wanted - happy to give.
Have original Rochford washing mangle-has "The Rochford Mangle " inscribed in the metal -happy to be used??
