Whoever submitted these ideas for hockley must be a total moron.
Instead of paying vast sums for the nonsence ideas, you should have gone to plumberow school and asked a group of 5 year olds to draw something up.
Their ideas would be far more workable than those put forward.
Someone must be making huge amounts somewhere in this council
